YOUR CHANCE TO SUPPORT FREE ROWING FOR BOSTON PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS!

A Much-Needed Free After-School Program

BRC’s free after-school team rowing program offers under-resourced BPS students a uniquely educational recreational opportunity that builds character, athletic ability, and connects students to their city's maritime heritage. Our BPS rowers have lower dropout rates, substance abuse and gang involvement than their peers, along with improved classroom performance.

Join The Challenge!

The Indoor Rowing Challenge to raise funds for BPS after-school rowing, will be held on Saturday, April 30th at The Club by George Foreman III ("Everybody Fights") from 1PM-5PM. Athletes will compete to row the greatest distance in 15 minutes, on ergometers (45 minutes for teams) by age group. Sponsors can support registered athletes by making tax-deductible donations on their individual fundraising pages.

If you plan to enter, please sign up for a time slot to compete in the challenge.

Thank you for helping us continue this important outreach to Boston Public School students. For more information, please visit our
